A family portrait session in Rome with a gorgeous family, on a sunny day in may.

When Igor and Anastasia, two fantastic people from Lithuania, asked me for a family portrait session in Rome, i was so excited: spring is the perfect season to do that!

They came in Rome for a special occasion, the graduation of their daughter from an international school, and they had the great idea to seize the day with some beautiful picture around Rome.

I was so happy to do that portrait session in Rome, and I asked them to get up early in the morning to catch the best light in Rome.

It was amazing. 8 am, starting from Testaccio where they had their apartment, and then around the great beauty of Rome, without any particular idea: Rome, on Sunday morning, gives you the chance to move easily, without many people around, and every corner gives you great inspirations.

The itinerary was : Castel Sant’Angelo, Trevi Fountain, then walking to have a Coffee break at the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and finally at Villa Borghese.

It was June 2nd, and there was the military parade in Piazza Venezia, so I had to avoid that locations for the morning…

Follow us during our walk, and be inspired.

Then, late afternoon, we met again with their beautiful daughters for the second part of the shooting, in different locations, and a different mood. So, The Campidoglio, Foro Romano, the Colosseum, and then the typical roman building of Monti.

      Love them so much.
