Roberta and Alessandro are the protagonists of this wedding at Sant’Angelo Romano, 400 meters over sea level, and Grottaferrata, both in the province of Rome.
Two young friends, who already have been living together for some time, finally decided: “We’ll get married in a place surrounded by nature and history.”
Two young dynamic people, with a passion for motorcycles and for the heavy metal that have certainly chosen the location according to their favorite sport.
The script provides for the usual “getting ready” and the day starts in fact with the dressing of the bride at the hotel Carpe Diem, a very special residence inside the Marco Simone Golf Club.
Alessandro instead is prepared at home to meet the bride later on, beautiful in her elegant white dress, to head to the location of the ceremony: the Castello Orsini-Cesi in Sant’Angelo Romano.
This year, an amazing early November is a gift for everybody for the splendid weather.
The temperature is almost at the spring average! It allows the couple and all participants to attend the ceremony outdoor, on the beautiful terrace of the castle that is also the inspiration for new images, rich in history.
The Castle Orsini-Cesi dominates the old village and the endless gaze reaches the the Roman Castles hills, the Cornicolani mountains, Rome and the sea.
A beautiful spot and an ideal setting for these two lovers, who get married celebrating their civil ceremony in the Castle, nowadays the town hall.
Lunch at the restaurant “Fico” in Grottaferrata. The guests, but especially the bride and groom are sports fans in trepidation: Valentino Rossi runs for a world championship that will not win, with the help of the “cookie” by his rivals.
Here, however, the party goes on between cigars, rum and dancing at the utmost quality. Roberta, true to form, at the end of the dances takes once again the initiative to remember this memorable day in dedicating a song to Alessandro.
A bit ‘”metal” style but of course … full of love.
“So close, no matter how far. Couldn’t be much more from the heart. Forever trust in who we are. And nothing else matters.”
